School Services

The school-based ABA services provided by our agency are designed to support students in achieving success academically, socially, and behaviorally through individualized interventions implemented by our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our agency has experience working within school environments and collaborating with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to ensure consistency across educational and behavioral goals. We provide behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, classroom behavior support, social skills training, crisis prevention strategies, and ongoing data collection and progress monitoring tailored to each student’s individual needs. In addition, our BCBAs provide continuous supervision and collaboration with school personnel to maintain effective and ethical treatment implementation. Our goal is to create supportive learning environments that promote independence, positive behavior, improved classroom participation, and long-term student success both inside and outside of school.

Family Support

By providing ABA services directly within the school setting, our team helps manage challenging behaviors, implement intervention strategies, and support the student throughout the school day, reducing the need for schools to frequently contact parents regarding behavioral concerns. This allows parents to feel more confident knowing that trained professionals are actively supporting their child in real time. In addition, we provide parent training services designed to teach caregivers effective behavior management techniques, communication strategies, and skill-building procedures that can be implemented at home and in the community. Parent involvement is an essential part of ABA because it helps promote consistency across environments and increases the likelihood that skills learned during therapy will generalize into everyday life situations. Our goal is to build a collaborative partnership with families that supports long-term progress, independence, and overall quality of life for the child.

1 on 1 therapy

Individualized one-on-one ABA therapy is designed to provide each child with personalized attention and support based on their unique strengths, challenges, and behavioral goals. Unlike many group-based services such as speech or occupational therapy, one-on-one ABA allows the therapist to continuously focus on the child throughout the entire session, collect detailed data, and adjust interventions in real time according to the child’s responses and needs. This individualized approach increases opportunities for skill acquisition, behavior reduction, communication development, and social learning within natural environments such as the classroom and community. While we highly value and collaborate with related services such as speech and occupational therapy, ABA therapy differs in that it provides consistent direct behavioral support across longer periods of the day and focuses heavily on teaching functional behaviors, independence, and generalization of skills across settings. Our individualized model allows us to build strong therapeutic relationships with students while ensuring interventions are specifically tailored to maximize meaningful progress and long-term success.
